Some of our clients need and request us to select and appoint an Honorary Director for their board. This is a role that gives prestige to a company. Honorary directors are personalities that have played important roles in politics as prime minister, presidents, former CEO or academics. Honorary Directors may  have a representation role for the company or, in the discretion of the Board of Directors and of the Honorary Director self, be appointed for additional functions such as consultancy.
